The Spirit of Inclusion: Diversity in the ADR Profession
We have reached an age where everyone recognizes that diversity is the fabric of our lives. Everyone accepts and welcomes diversity in the ADR Field - both domestically and internationally. Nevertheless, the achievement of acceptable levels of diverse neutrals who are appointed to significant cases remains frustratingly elusive especially for people of color and women. Our panel of AAA, JAMS and corporate executives will share their observations, the most recent studies and report on ADR Provider initiatives and programs designed to increase diversity in the profession and case assignments to diverse neutrals.
The panel will suggest ways that CCA, the legal profession, ADR corporate users and individual neutrals may collaborate to make a difference for diversity in the ADR profession.
