Wayne Thorpe, Esq. (Mediator and Arbitrator, JAMS) and his colleagues from the College of Commercial Arbitrators (CCA) as they discuss commercial arbitration techniques. Regardless of experience, outside counsel, corporate counsel and arbitrators will learn to handle the arbitration process including case filing, jurisdiction, preliminary conference, discovery, motions, hearing and award. This program will also include an informative segment on ethics and a report on the CCA’s protocols, which are designed to make arbitration more expeditious and cost effective.
