Seattle – JAMS is proud to announce it will be a Diamond Level sponsor of the 16th Annual American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution Spring Conference. The conference is from April 15-18 at the Westin in Seattle.
The conference will cover many aspects of mediation, arbitration and other aspects of dispute resolution and appeals to neutrals, advocates, lawyers, teachers/scholars, court and private administrators and many others. Some of the conference sessions with JAMS neutrals include a discussion on awarding attorneys’ fees; understanding the appropriate relationship between arbitration, mediation and settlement and what you must know about branding your practice in 2015.
During the Friday Awards luncheon on April 17, the JAMS Foundation will award the Seventh Annual Warren Knight Award to Cure Violence. The award recognizes the work the organization has done over the past 15 years to help reduce and prevent violence in cities across the U.S. and around the world.
