LOS ANGELES – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of Theodore J. “Ted” Fogliani, Esq. to its panel in Los Angeles. Mr. Fogliani will serve as a mediator, arbitrator and referee in Family Law matters.
Mr. Fogliani joins JAMS following a 43-year career as a highly-regarded and respected family law attorney and mediator. Mr. Fogliani started incorporating mediation into his litigation practice in 1978 and has continued to hone his mediation skills through ongoing education and specialized training.
In addition, Mr. Fogliani practiced in the areas of civil, business and real estate matters, which has provided him with a broad and useful background in his work.
Ted is known as compassionate, fair and can successfully resolve even the most contentious of issues. We’re thrilled he’s joining us and know he will make an outstanding addition to our panel.
