She has demonstrated a high level of competence and garnered much respect from her colleagues. It is with pride that we welcome her to the JAMS panel.

-Chris Poole, JAMS President and CEO

During my time on the bench, I would patiently listen to parties and strived to see the strengths and weaknesses in every case I handled. I plan to take the same approach to my new role as a neutral and work with parties to successfully resolve their disputes. I’m looking forward to joining the talented panel in Seattle and working alongside the superior case management team.

-Hon. Kim Prochnau (Ret.), JAMS Arbitrator, Mediator, and Special Master

Judge Prochnau earned a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law.
