Although litigation has been an essential element of my engagements in complex disputes, I have always focused on ways to find common ground among the parties in dispute. JAMS is the perfect venue for lending my support to the successful resolution of such disputes.

Mr. Heiman received his B.B.A. from University of Cincinnati and earned his J.D. from University of Cincinnati College of Law. Mr. Heiman is a past chair of the American College of Bankruptcy and has held leadership positions in a number of professional, community and charitable organizations.
