In a town hall style forum, Mediator Ron Kelly and Judge Ellen Sickles James (Ret.) will discuss how to navigate the mediation process for the best chance at settlement.  Mr. Kelly will also discuss the results of his survey of a dozen of the most successful mediators in the Bay Area.  Based on their collective centuries of experience and tens of thousands of cases, this workshop brings you their most useful insights.
