Learn How to Manage Your First Arbitration

JAMS, along with the College of Commercial Arbitrators, American Arbitration Association, A.A. White Dispute Resolution Center University of Houston Law School, and the Houston Bar Association ADR Section present “Managing Your First Arbitration.” This event will take place November 18 in Houston, Texas.

Corporate counsel, business officials and arbitrators new to arbitration will learn to resolve client disputes and control the arbitration process from start to finish, including managing the hearing and enforcement of the award.

JAMS  neutral,  Zela (Zee) G. Claiborne, Esq. will also speak on arbitration hearings, including types of hearings, testimonial evidence, expert testimony and much more.
